The MCI Integrated Quality, Environment and Information Security Management System pursues, as a fundamental objective, the improvement of our services in medical health management and control of medical expenses through continuous improvement, with the ultimate objective of being able to offer to our clients an excellent service in all aspects and a total satisfaction of all expectations.
Due to our activity, at MCI we know that information is an asset with a high value for our organization and therefore requires adequate protection and management in order to continue our line of business and minimize possible damage due to failures in Information Security.
For all this, MCI takes on the following commitments:

• In order to guarantee the development of its activities within the applicable rules and regulations, the current laws and regulations will be complied with, as well as other requirements signed with its clients, including those related to the Environment and Information Security.
• Comply with the requirements and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality, Environment and Information Security Management System, by implementing measurement and monitoring systems for the services performed for our clients as well as quality, environment and Information Security objectives.
• Ensure business continuity by developing continuity plans in accordance with recognized methodologies.
• Promote responsibility towards the environment at all levels of the company, facilitating adequate training for all personnel.
• Prevention, control and minimization of the environmental effects generated on the surroundings, derived from the activity of MCI.
• Perform and periodically review a risk analysis based on recognized methods, which allows us to establish the level of information security and minimize risks by developing specific policies, technical solutions, and contractual agreements with specialized organizations.
• MCI staff will carry out their work aimed at achieving the set objectives, always in accordance with the environmental legal requirements, the SI’s, as well as the client’s.

• Selection of suppliers and subcontractors based on quality and environmental criteria.
The management of MCI, based on its risk analysis and management methodology, declares that it is aware of and therefore accepts the risks that, once all the controls related to its Quality and Information Security management system have been implemented, have remained above the acceptable risk level defined in the corresponding procedure.
